-The Ikanos restaurant in Montreal (Canada) offers fresh, high-quality Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on seafood. Ikanos is the new restaurant from the Tasso mezze bar team, offering mezze-style seafood and fish platters, as well as grilled meats and vegetables. The decor is relaxed, warm and welcoming, in the image of Mediterranean countries. In this feature, we meet chef and co-owner Constant Mentzas and maître d'hôtel Pascal Mangeot.
