  • The several deaths of the main characters that occur during the movie are intense.
  • In space, there is a malfunction with the ship, and it becomes intense when one of the crew sacrifices them self to save the rest.
  • While on Europa, the astronauts are confronted with an unknown lifeform, leading to some very high tension scenes.
