A phenomenal choice of older actors and their phenomenally played roles. I would especially like to highlight Blanka and Tonci and Mija and Vuksan, whose roles are the best played roles in the series. What I liked the most in the series was Blanka's fasting and her love for Tonci, and the fact that in the end she died because of him out of love for him. I didn't like Ivo in the series because he was obsessed with Blanka and obsessively in love with her, he didn't realize that her only other choice is that she is with him only because she can't be with Tonci. That she will never be his, that he that she will never let herself go, that she will never relax next to him, that she will never open up to him and confide in him, that she will never love him like Toncija.and that she will never be in love with him like Tonci because Tonci was the first man in in her life and a part of her will always be in love with him, and he is only a nuisance, an unnecessary appendage, a stumbling block for Toncija and Blanka for their love and their relationship.one of the most beautiful scenes in Lara's selection was when Blanka told Tonci that she didn't love him and then she cried and I cried with her because I felt sorry for her because she was guilty because she felt guilty for lying to him because she actually loves him all her life and because he is her only one and theirs the love story is not over yet. And I wanted to throw stones at the TV when there were scenes with him and Blanka so that he would get away from her to make room for Tonci, and I think that, apart from Tonci's mom, no one was happier than me when Blanka and Tonci ended up together. His mom didn't could see his wife drawn and adored his former daughter-in-law.
