Sex & Nudity
- In Chapter 3, Jacob and Emma strip down to just underwear to swim in the lake. Jacob remains like this for the rest of the game.
- There is truth or dare game and people making out.
Violence & Gore
- In Chapter 5, if Dylan's hand gets bitten in the radio tower, Ryan (the player) has the option to cut his hand off to stop the infection, with the choices to do so with a shotgun or chainsaw. Both are bloody, though picking the chainsaw in particular will result in a prolonged sequence where the chainsaw is severing his hand, with blood loss.
- When transforming into werewolves, the characters' skin will explode and there will be lots of blood.
- During chapter 9, if Ryan fails to shoot Werewolf Chris in time, or if he shoots Werewolf Laura instead, Werewolf Chris will leap over the table, snatch Ryan's gun out of his hands and bash his face in with it. Although his face is only visible for a brief moment, it's highly detailed and gory.
