Jay Hernandez, in this episode really shows us how capable an actor he is. I don't want to spoil this episode, so all I will say Jay digs deep into his own emotions to make you feel what his character is going through with his frustration, guilt, and the still raw loss of a very close friend.

Decent story, strong guest appearance.

A substantial plot with meaning and consequences in this episode - much better than last week. We learn of Higgins' unlikely hook-up with Ella's (girl from last week) father Cole and Magnum is trying to clear his dead friend Nuzo's name. Domenick Lombardozzi performs well as a sounding board inside Magnum's head - a useful crutch to support Jay Hernandez' 'iffy' acting.
Magnum plays loose and free with the truth and Tim Kang goes all Kimball Cho on him. In the end we get a rather unconvincing fight scene and a wrap up followed by Nuzo nudging Magnum toward Higgins.
