- A man is hacked across his mouth, horizontally, with an axe, visible onscreen. Blood from injury sustained isn't overwhelming but is present.
- Woman's leg is chopped off. She's wearing a dress so injury seen but not directly. Blood from injury, but not over the top
- Woman's eye is gouged out and part of her face destroyed with an ax. She seen moments after lying in her own blood - clearly dead.
- Man fall's off to a pile of razor and his leg is bleeding heavily.
- Man is brought to a table to dispatch the wound, but the person picks up a meat cleaver and chops off his head (lots of blood) and then picks his severed head.
