A Story for 2 Trumpets" is a contemporary unparalleled masterpiece!

From its brilliant surrealistic concept of a child's imagination, to the breathtaking watercolor element, and a majestic original film-score, as composed by Chapelier Fou; this short animation is beyond stunning.

To date, I have watched this film at least ten times, and in each session, I have seen breathtaking details that I missed previously. Please make certain that you watch the film through its credits, for the magic continues thereafter.

poetic perspective about childhood

A beautiful embroidery of symbols , dances, experiences in skin of poetic situations, some cruel gestures , eulogy of love and friendship, regrets, sorrow and selfdedication.

In short, a film about childhood and its games, about easy and natural transfiguration of near reality .

One of basic virtues - the water colors , giving gentless to the entire story, against few horror notes.

A girl and a boy in a forest. Her tears change everything, becoming key of surrealistic adventure. The manner to discover familiar aspects in this adventure in which the water has the main role is the good point. And the music, no doubts. In short, just beautiful.
