- When Ezio is going to kill the banker, men and women in very small garment making out.
- In the beginning, when Ezio returns home to Monteriggioni, he takes a bath (no nudity) and Caterina Sforza comes in and takes of her dress leaving her in her underwear and bra, and they sensually touch and kiss, (no direct sex is shown) and they are shown in bed together (no nudity). The next morning, she is naked (no nudity is seen) and they talk.
- Cesare and Lucrezia are strongly implied to have an incestuous relationship.
- Claudia and Maria run a brothel, though no nudity.
Violence & Gore

- A little blood is seen when an enemy is hit. If you turn blood off, there is obviously no blood. Some finishing moves can be a little disturbing. The kill animations with a particular dagger are very brutal. In the menu, there is an option to restrict the graphic violence in the game. There is no gore whatsoever.
Profanity

- The F-word is used a couple of times, but it is only said in Italian and only viewable if the subtitles are turned on. All curse words are only said in Italian and are only viewable with subtitles.

- Explicit Sex scene occurs between Caterina and Ezio after the bath scene. Thrusting and moaning can be seen. This scene lasts around 30 seconds. They stop for a bit Caterina asks for round two, but a bomb interrupts them.

- There is a hidden sequence in the animus where desmond explores a dark and twisted stairway through freerunning which subject 16 had created, The enviroment oveall may disturb young audiences.
- None until the end. Desmond comes to real life and accidentally stabs Lucy.
