- In the episode's opening, at a birthday party, multiple nuclear bombs are dropped in Los Angeles, leaving many citizens frightened, and a parent and child attempting to run, but they get surrounded by mushroom clouds. This whole sequence is very bleak and frightening, and might be pretty intense for some.
- After having sex, a man attacks the woman he slept with. Fight is intense with her being slammed against every hard surface. She bashes a blender over the man's head and slashes his face and throat open with the shards. But not before he stabs her in the abdomen.
