Storyline
Centers around a group of college kids as they are driving on an unfamiliar road. Everything seems fit for a road trip to the lake but, when the group accidentally runs over an unsuspecting squirrel, they quickly realize there will be a price to pay. The cursed road brings the zombie squirrel back to life to terrorize the kids. After the kids crash and everyone is injured except the younger brother, he is forced to set out on a journey to defeat the ancient curse and save his brother and friends before it is too late. Around last Halloween I watched this on Fearnet on demand. And this was a little more than I expected. It begins with a bunch colleges kid's on a running over a squirrel. While it's kinda a little disturbing to see a squirrel by a car.But that's not where it end's with the squirrel he comes back with more dead animals for revenge!! I am not exactly sure if this your kind a horror your used to seeing lately. But this sure is an original idea I kinda really got into it . You don't see that many original idea's lately. Most of the time it's just overrated remakes that are pointless. So this is the best horror TV show's or movies to be released in 10 years while next to The Walking Dead on AMC. So I 'm giving 9 out of 10.
