It's actually ok

It shows realities in life and keeps you watching, if you like drama and reality films then this is probably for you. But if you are easily embarrassed and emotional then you should probably watch it alone as it is very sad and will tear you up, so have some tissues nearby. If your younger it will tell you a little bit about teenager's lives. Recommend it.

A great movie with heart

When I saw this movie I was blown away by how genuine it was. I think it pictures perfectly how you feel as a teenage girl, and how you feel when you think you are different from everybody else. The symbolic use of the extra-terrestrial concept works very well for that. This movie explores many different things such as loss of someone you love, friendship, the relationship between a girl and her mother, the first kiss, the first love... The actors all did a good job, especially the girl who plays Aurélie (and that was her first real role so bravo:)!). I think every young girl can relate to this story and protagonist... actually every girl can, because they used to be teenagers and probably remember how that feels. If you have the chance to watch it, go for it! I bet you're gonna have some tears in you eyes at some parts.

A heartwarming journey

I liked the film. It accurately depicts adolescent life, and the characters are all very relatable. I, for one, am an isolated 16-year-old nerd in high school struggling to touch grass, so I loved the film. #JustinEqualsBetter.

Absolutely sensational; a delicate spectacle to the senses.

This film was splendidly sublime. The symbolism, the metaphors, the allegories for modern adolescent society are so well done and beautifully executed. The acting was on-point throughout the film, and the actors did an extraordinary, marvellous, incredibly majestic job at portraying the reflections of current world teenage personalities. Aurélie Laflamme is a lonely, sad girl lost in space, trying to get back to her home planet. That metaphor of loneliness and isolation is amazing. I also loved the cinematography of the film, as well as the accompanying music that causes a flabbergasting, swobbergobbling, incendiary plethora of swirling emotions. Overall, I rate this film a perfect 10 out of 10, and I would rate it 100 out of 10 if I could.

TL;DR - movie is universally exceptional. Must watch.
