Tim meets Robbie's parents over an oysters dinner, rather too fancy for them. They tell him that Robbie was the one who cut all ties, as if they weren't good enough any more. Tim finds they didn't know Robbie is gay, and may have given him the impression to be homophobes. David is fired from the cleaning crew for peeking at papers showing Pieter used him as guinea-pig. Believing Sofie knew, he desperately runs away, stranding with a homeless loner on the beach. Herman swears he'll fight for firm and family. The Wellens family is desperate enough to decide Pieter must flee abroad, but he first wants his research results back, evenif that takes overpowring night staff. Sander faces the kicking-in discomfort of chemo-therapy gloomily but bravely. Maarten moves back to the Klaerhout estate.
