• The Doctor : [last words to sleeping Amelia Pond]  It's funny, I thought, if you could hear me, I could hang on, somehow. Silly me. Silly old Doctor. When you wake up, you'll have a mum and dad, and you won't even remember me. Well, you'll remember me a little. I'll be a story in your head. But that's OK: we're all stories, in the end. • Rory : [Watching the TARDIS appear]  It's the Doctor! How could we forget the Doctor?

  [Fading into the background as Amy climbs over the table and walks to the TARDIS] 

  Rory : I was plastic... He was a stripper at my stag... Long story.

  Amy Pond : [Knocking on the door of the TARDIS]  OK Doctor, did I surprise you this time?

  The Doctor : [Opening the door wearing a formal morning suit]  Eh, yeah, completly astonished. Never expected that!

• The Doctor : I wear a fez now. Fezes are cool.

• The Doctor : [Leaning against the TARDIS doors]  Hi, honey. I'm home.

  River Song : [Looks at her watch]  What sort of time do you call this?

• The Doctor : [Stepping out of the TARDIS]  Hello everyone. I'm Amy's Imaginary Friend!

  The Doctor : [Walks over to the top table, and shakes Augustus by the hand]  But I came anyway!

  Amy Pond : [Striding forward]  You absolutly, definitly kiss the bride!

• Rory : I couldn't help it! It happened, it just happened!

  Amy Pond : Shut up!

  [Amy kisses Rory] 

  The Doctor : Yeah, shut up, because we've got to go!

  Rory : I waited. 2,000 years, I waited for you.

  Amy Pond : No, still shut up!

  [Amy kisses him for longer] 

  The Doctor : And break! And breathe!

  The Doctor : [Turns to Amelia]  Well, someone didn't get out much for 2,000 years!

  Amelia : [Tugs the Doctor's sleeve]  I'm thirsty. Can I get a drink?

  The Doctor : Oh, it's all mouths today, isn't it!

• The Doctor : Amy. Where's Amy?

  [Scene shifts to The Doctor looking at Amy's body] 

  Rory : I killed her.

  The Doctor : Oh, Rory!

  Rory : Doctor, what am I?

  The Doctor : You're a Nestene Duplicate. A lump of plastic with delusions of humanity.

  Rory : But I'm Rory now. Whatever happened, it's stopped. I'm Rory.

  The Doctor : [Checking the sonic screwdriver]  That's software talking.

  Rory : Can you help her? Is there anything you can do?

  The Doctor : Yeah, probably, if I had the time.

  [Pockets the sonic screwdriver] 

  Rory : The time?

  The Doctor : [Walking forward, with Rory following]  All of creation has just been wiped from the sky. Do you know how many lives now never happed?

  [Both stop] 

  The Doctor : All the people who never lived. Your *girlfriend* isn't more important than the whole universe

  Rory : [Swinging The Doctor around and punching him on the jaw]  She is to me!

  The Doctor : [Jumping up]  Ha ha! Welcome back Rory Williams!

  The Doctor : [Turns, and starts adjusting his jaw]  Sorry, had to be sure! Hell of a gun arm you're packing there. Right, we need to get her downstairs.

  The Doctor : [Moves towards Amy]  And take that look off your plastic face - you're getting married in the morning!

• River Song : [Out of shot]  Did you dance? Well, you always dance at weddings, don't you?

  The Doctor : [Turning around]  You tell me!

  River Song : [Gasps]  Spoilers!

• The Doctor : Why do you have to be so... Human?

  Rory : Because right now I'm not!

• River Song : Amy! And the plastic centurion?

  The Doctor : It's okay, he's on our side.

  River Song : Really? I dated a Nestene duplicate once. Swappable heads. Do keep things fresh.

• River Song : Right then. I have questions, but number one is this - what in the name of sanity have you got on your head?

  The Doctor : It's a fez. I wear a fez now. Fezzes are cool.

  [a pause, then Amy grabs the fez off the Doctor's head and throws it into the air, where River shoots it] 

• The Doctor : [Realising Rory has opened the Pandorica and unlocked the shackles]  How did you do that?

  Rory : [Holds up the sonic screwdriver]  You gave me this.

  The Doctor : [Taking his sonic screwdriver from his inside pocket]  No, I didn't!

  Rory : Yes you did, look at it.

  The Doctor : [Steps out of the Pandorica and gently places his sonic screwdriver next to the one Rory is holding, causing a small spark]  Temporal energy. Same screwdriver at different points in it's own time stream, which means it was me who gave it to you. Me from the future. I've got a future - that's nice!

  The Doctor : [Spotting the Stone Dalek]  That's not!

• The Doctor : [Putting on River's Vortex Manipulator]  Rubbish way to time travel, but the universe is tiny now, we'll be fine.

• The Doctor : I'll just move my box. You're going to need the space.

  [Walks to the TARDIS, before pausing in the doorway] 

  The Doctor : I only came for the dancing!

• The Doctor : River... Who are you?

  River Song : You're going to find out very soon now, and I'm sorry, but that's when everything changes.

  [Taps the manipulator and disappears] 

  The Doctor : Nah!

• The Doctor : [to Rory in 102 A.D., setting his Vortex Manipulator]  Listen to me. This is the last bit of advice you're going to get in a very long time. You're living plastic, but not immortal. I have no idea how long you'll last. And you're not indestructible. Stay away from heat and radio signals when they come along. You can't heal, or repair yourself. Any damage is permanent. So, for God's sake, however bored you get, stay out of...

  [the Doctor abruptly vanishes. Rory pulls his sword and begins his long vigil over The Pandorica. 1,894 years later, Amy has just learned of Rory's efforts to protect it and her over time and his disappearance in 1941, presumed dead in a fire] 

  Dalek : Exterminate!

  Amelia : What's that?

  [Amy runs up to stand between the Dalek and Amelia] 

  Dalek : Exterminate!

  The Doctor : [suddenly appearing between Amy and the Dalek]  - trouble. Oh!

  The Doctor : [turns around]  Two of you? Complicated.

• Rory : [Watching the Doctor seal Amy inside the Pandorica]  Whoa, whoa, whoa. What are you doing?

  The Doctor : Saving her. This box is the ultimate prision. You can't even escape by dying. It forces you to stay alive.

  Rory : But she's already dead!

  The Doctor : Well, she mostly dead. the Pandorica can stasis lock her that way. Now all it needs now is a scan of her living DNA, and it'll restore her.

  Rory : Where's it going to get that?

  The Doctor : [Looks at his watch]  In about 2,000 years.

  [the Doctor walks off] 

• [the Doctor finds himself back in the Byzantium's tree-borg forest] 

  The Doctor's past self : Good luck everyone. Behave! Do not let that girl open her eyes! Amy, later. River, I'm going to need your computer.

  The Doctor's past self : [walks away] 

  [Amy is sitting, eyes closed, hands fidgeting. The present Doctor covers her hands with his] 

  The Doctor : [softly]  Amy, you need to start trusting me. It's never been more important.

  Amy Pond : But you don't always tell me the truth.

  The Doctor : If I always told you the truth, I wouldn't need you to trust me.

  Amy Pond : Doctor. The crack in my wall. How can it be here?

  [sonic screwdriver pulses] 

  The Doctor : I don't know yet, but I'm working it out.

  [the Doctor looks to his left to the sound] 

  The Doctor's past self : [fiddles with the sonic screwdriver, thinks, pockets it, and continues on] 

  [the Doctor looks back to Amy] 

  The Doctor : Now, listen. Remember what I told you when you were seven.

  Amy Pond : What did you tell me?

  The Doctor : No.

  The Doctor : [putting his forehead to hers]  No, that's not the point. You have to remember.

  [the Doctor kisses her forehead and leaves her] 

  Amy Pond : Remember what? Doctor? Doctor?

  [the Doctor rewinds again] 

• The Doctor : So, 2,000 years. How did you do?

  Rory : Kept out of trouble.

  The Doctor : Oh.

  [the Doctor realizes he still has the fez and puts it on his head] 

  The Doctor : How?

  Rory : Unsuccessfully.

• Dalek : Drop the device!

  The Doctor : It's not a weapon. Scan it! It's not a weapon, and you don't have the power to waste!

  Dalek : Scans indicate intruder unarmed.

  Rory : [From the shadows]  Do you think?

  [Drops the torch, allowing fingers to hinge down, revealling a barrel which fires two shots] 

  Dalek : Vision impaired!

• The Doctor : You can do loads in 12 minutes - suck a mint, buy a sledge, have a fast bath.

• [the Doctor has modified a roof dish to prove the sun is actually the TARDIS exploding at every point in history] 

  Rory : Doctor, there's something else. A voice.

  Amy Pond : [Watching as The Doctor adjusts the dish]  I can't hear anything.

  Rory : [Pointing to his ear]  Trust the plastic!

  River Song : [Repeating]  I'm sorry, my love.

  Amy Pond : Doctor, that's River! How can she be up there?

  Rory : Maybe it's a recording or something.

  The Doctor : No, it's not a recording. Of course, the emergency protocols! The TARDIS has sealed off the control room and put her in a time loop to save her!

• Amy Pond : What are we doing?

  The Doctor : We're running into a dead end, where I'll come up with a brilliant plan that basically involves not being in one.

• The Doctor : Earth alone in the sky. Lets go and have a look.

  [Holding out his are with the manipulator on it] 

  The Doctor : You put your hand there. Don't worry, should be safe.

  Rory : That's not what I'm worried about!

• The Doctor : Are you married, River?

  River Song : Are you asking?

  The Doctor : Yes.

  River Song : [suggestively]  Yes.

  The Doctor : [stammering]  No, hang on. Did you think I was asking you to marry me or... or... or asking if you were married?

  River Song : Yes.

  The Doctor : No, but was that yes or *yes*?

  River Song : Yes.
