Despite being oddly topped and tailed with a couple of Frank/Alf scenes, most of the episode focuses on Lance and Martin's comedy antics, with a bit of the McPhee family thrown in for good measure. It actually works extremely well as a diversion from the main plot, with Frank Lloyd giving the lie to the assumption that he was the weak link in the original cast with his brilliant "Two people", easily the funniest moment of the episode. And Lance and Martin's attempt to be the "Summer Bay Nuter" provokes some mind-boggling thoughts about what such a character would be.
Thrown in Sally being 100% adorable, switching from telling Lance and Martin off to chatting to Lance about her gran's things and giving him a thank you photo, and you've got a very enjoyable episode.
