At the end of the episode, Penelope is playing Moon River and you can see that the Eiffel Tower is on her side of the Seine. She walks away and goes onto the bridge and looks out, and the Eiffel Tower appears on the other side. Later, the tower disappears, and Notre Dame stands in its place while the other buildings on both sides of the Seine remain as they were.
When Krusty and Penelope are singing a number for the show, a flaming heart with 'toujour l'amour' lights up behind them. The correct spelling is 'toujours'.
