Sheila genuinely fears for her life. Dr. Madigan tries to make his patient understand that she has to calm down. Then, Lt. Conran arrives to investigate the incident in Brentwood which left Sheila with a fire poker almost tearing up her lungs. Sheila portrays her friendship with Maggie and the sudden twist that she accused her of poisoning Stephanie. James realizes that the whole story is not looking good for Maggie. James desperately pleads with Sheila not to file charges. In order to change her mind, James offers Sheila to stay at his apartment during her recuperation period. Sheila is thrilled. At the Forrester Mansion, Maggie confides in Stephanie that she freaked out and gave Sheila the ammunition to send her to jail. Stephanie apologizes to Maggie for ever doubting her and assures her that they will be able to reign in Sheila together. Late at night, Bridget asks Stephanie to read her a bedtime story. Brooke finds it difficult to concentrate on work because of the problems with Bridget. Grant takes Brooke out to Insomnia and encourages her to stay positive.
