Ridge and Brooke are extremely curious if the gala worked its magic and if Eric found a special someone. Meanwhile, Eric is stunned to see that he did not go home alone last night. Stephanie has shared the bed with him for the first time in more than 5 years. The divorcés are both aware that this does not necessarily mean a second chance for them as a couple. Later, Elliott Parker stops by. The lawyer informs Eric that problems have come in the divorce proceedings. Eric is shocked that he needs Sheila's cooperation to quickly finalize the divorce. He also learns that his psycho wife will most likely not be convicted of murder, manslaughter and kidnapping, but only for possession of an unregistered weapon and detaining a person. Eric wants to make sure that Sheila will not go scot-free and receive the minimum sentence which might result in a speedy release from prison upon good behavior. At the Forrester Mansion, Maggie gushes to her daughter about the amazing party she attended last night. When Sly shows up and kisses Jessica gently, Maggie realizes that Jessie has a new beau in her life. Maggie makes it clear to Sly that he is allowed to court Jessica, but that she will keep a close eye on him and intervene immediately if her daughter gets hurt.
