If you do not look to lose at the special effects, they are ok. The story is quite flat, but filled with a lot of action scenes. I would say it was not a total waste of time, but having it seen once is absolutely enough.

Jiang Zi Ya - Nick Fury,
General Deng - Black Widow,
Tu Xing Sun - Thor,
Tian Hua - Agent Coulson,
Lei Zen Zi - Hulk,
Sheng Guo Bao - Loki,
Six Soul Flag - Loki staff containing Mind Stone,
they even copycat the first encounter of Iron Man, Captain America and Thor, also the New York battle scene! They even have their own version of Chitauri Leviathan!
