In the 'Okay, I'll Bite!' segment, Fiorina Prison is a reference to the prison planet Fiorina 'Fury' 161 from Alien 3.
The namesake of the "The Last Tsuburaya" segment was almost certainly inspired by special effects director Eiji Tsuburaya, otherwise known as the "Father of Tokusatsu," and the one who worked on 250 feature films in a career spanning 50 years. Among these credits was the co-creation of Godzilla.
In the segment, "Okay I'll Bite" you see a book called "Bugs. The miserable philosophy of Upson Pratt". Upson Pratt was the main character of the sketch "They're Creeping up on You" from the original 1982 Creepshow, which also had themes of insects/bugs.
The Grantham Family Ashtray can be seen on the desk at the very beginning of The Last Tsuburaya, repurposed as a card holder.
The Grantham Family Ashtray makes a second appearance in OK, I'll Bite on the desk holding the stamp at the parole hearing.
