Great little thriller, if slightly unbelievable at times.

Happy to write the first 'user review' for this film and it's a positive one. Just watched it and enjoyed it very much. Whilst some of the scenes and actions of the characters were a little far-fetched at times, it doesn't detract too much from the overall film. Decent performances, a good storyline and I enjoyed the mix of languages used within the film. My only real, minor complaint was the ending felt a little rushed and I thought it could've used a further twist. Watch it and see what I mean but a respectable 7/10 from me. 👍🏻

Saw this on the BBC iPlayer and hadn't realised it was going to be a Gaelic film until it started. Added a charm to the narrative and was thoroughly enjoyable with a good mix of language from the characters and the menacing use of Dublin gangsters leaving threatening voicemails.

I'm a big fan of Peter Coonan's since his turn as Dublin hard nut Fran in Love/Hate and his other appearances in film and TV since then and I was impressed with his dialogue. Thoroughly believable as the raging father who owes money and has turned to desperate measures to find a way of paying his debt off.
