Run, Rabbit, Run!!!
lavatch24 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
For James Sullivan Reece, time is winding down on his vedetta. All three of the military turncoats on his list will meet their maker in this episode. Cox departs this world by way of downing. Howard and Pillar will bite the bullet--actually, nails--in the home-made bomb Reece has carefully stitched together on his sewing machine. A man of many talents!

Reece still has visions of Operation Oden's Sword, as he is down in the tunnels with his fellow SEALS. He also has visions of Lauren and Lucy.

Katie Buranek has filed her story. But, whoops! It was intercepted by the busy Secretary of Defense, Lorraine Hartley. Tony Layon tipped off Katie that Hartley was behind the sabotaging of Operation Oden's Sword. But Hartley wants to set the record straight.

To be continued...

Warning: Spoilers
1. Commander Cox is logged out 2. Captain Howard becomes like his enemies 3. Admiral Pillar explodes

For once, I actually enjoyed this episode. I thought taking the high-level officers out one by one was pretty good. I thought it made sense other than Cox and Howard having zero security detail. Yes, maybe having security detail won't help much or make them look suspicious but it's standard procedure. Howard on the suicide mission was pretty dark and ironic given the fact that suicide bombers had been a major to threats to troops in the middle east.

Layun taking more role is nice. I think he has the most potential to be a decent side character outside of Ben.

I also just realized that Reece's family were killed because it was designed to make him look like a deranged, mentally ill veteran family killer. That is such a weak writing because there has to be a million ways to prove his alibi (e.g. Phone call to 911) and such a difficult way to make him look unstable because he was already unstable. Also, I'm guessing the killings happened while Reece was in the hospital and/or being attacked because t'e't have the time to run to 't have the time to run to Reece''s house and kill the family. They have no reason to kill the family if Reece died so this should have been an impromptu attack. It's such a bad impromptu plan that has many holes so I don't really dig this whole idea. Initially I thought it was a personal vendetta against Reece, but once we learned it's just to silence the soldiers with tumors, it starts to not make much sense. Just out of curiosity while thinking about the plot.

Warning: Spoilers
Reece taking charge and going after the top dogs.. it is funny how easy it is for him to get to them and he does not get sidetracked in any way.. although the show does not have any annoying characters and useless fillers like Halo (oh my God for kwon and whiney masterchief), it is too easy for Reece to get to everybody and off them.. maybe they should have made one of the villains kidnapp the journalist or something.. make them interact more.. because so far, we only have empath and care about him... we could not care less about her..

anyway.. another great episode, with more information about who the top dog on this charade is..

GMail

Wow! Now I get why they use GMail all over this show.

I was asking myself why the hell they are so cautious about privacy, but still use GMail?!

Now it's absolutely clear.

The Black Sheep of Episodes

Warning: Spoilers
Good progression. There's three things wrong in this episode.

1 - The Admiral just simply gives the evidence of the experiments to the FBI and didn't think that it could be leaked to the press. Or he is just that dumb.

2 - Reece forces Howard to do something, to which he kept declining knowing it was dangerous. He threatened to drown his family so later he agrees to do it. Howard's family saw him crying which clearly indicates he didn't want to do it. The family didn't even care to ask if it would lead him to his death or harm him in some way. They just sat there like some lifeless set pieces.

3 - Howard simply walks up to the Admiral with two mines attached to this chest. I guess they don't do security checks at the entrance anymore.
