- In one scene you can see in a high shot how an unconscious man is dragged along a path of blood, it is a brief but impactful scene.
- The main antagonist frequently bludgeons people to death with his club/cane.

- A woman in restraints is threatened to be permanently paralyzed by severing her spine.
- People are stabbed, shot, bones broken, tossed off high places, etc. Heavy violence for a PG-13 movie.
