Having been raised by his father, and not allowed to leave the house, Danny is taken in by his Auntie, and discovers a whole new world, that he's not equipped to deal with.
What an absolutely brilliant first episode, when they introduced it, they said to be prepared for something upsetting, and they weren't wrong, that's exactly what we got. A sad, but powerful story, one that seems so impossible to the vast majority of us, just imagine being in Danny's shoes. I think this is going to be a total winner.
Lewis Gribben and Samuel Bottomley were both tremendous in their respective roles, both were characters that were totally sincere and believable, one haunted and troubled, the other uncomfortable and awkward, very impressive.
