wait what?

Warning: Spoilers
What is happening here?: I got totally confused.. This is part 2 but how long has it been since the ambush?

Husband dude magically got back to the USA while bambi is tracking the back guys until Venezuela.. and then soldiers leave cause they cannot attack others in a different country.. but wait.. they got medvac for husband and he went back with him and came back.. or just waited for it and was able to track the kidnappers easily like that afterwards?

Like another reviewer mentioned.. CIA dude is gay.. and that is said right then and there and 10 secs later he is with his husband having a moral discussion.... oh should not be surprised... remember we had the lesbians big bosses of the new farc thing? In colombia? Next season we are going to have 2 trans being big bosses in isis or something.. it is extremely beliavable and totally would happen... not..

and then husband dude is jaded... being stupid to his father that did nothing to deserve that... people tell him to consider his wife dead... but what about bambi? Does he know where he is? Why isnt he in contact with him???

Husband dude is banging his employee i guess.. he moved on real fast huh.. or at least he is trying too..

did i say i was confused?

How is anything this bad?
cpaul-409328 December 2022
Pointless flashbacks. Totally unmotivated drama and dialogue. A gay relationship just because it's 2022 and within the first 30 seconds of them being together they're fighting about deep principles (even though they've been in love forever) with the silliest dialogue imaginable. For no reason, one of the male leads has an entirely new accent. The characters who need to be saving are unlikeable. It's actually impossible to understand why this show was made. It's like Taken if Liam Neeson's character is stupid and his daughter got herself in trouble and it seems better if she never gets out of it.

Maybe ChatGPT could have done a better job at writing this dialogue
richiehodev25 February 2023
"Maybe family is just some sentimental construct to justify some heartless animal kingdom crap"

"Maybe real love doesn't exist at all, but I want you to remember, I taught you how to wipe your own ass."

"Cynicism is a refuge for the young and the childless."

"You're so handsome, but so sensitive"

"Man: Let's sleep together.

Woman: I should make you a hamburger."

These are just some of the absolutely inane and appalling dialogue taken from this episode. For a drama that is rooted in familial ties and human connection, the words that are coming out of these characters' mouth are beyond nonsensical. The wooden acting from male leads doesn't help to impart any legitimacy onto their characters either. Conversations are already short and brief in this series, but you must wonder whether these characters should be speaking at all.
