That's Impossible! is a science-based documentary on the History Channel narrated by Jonathan Frakes, best known for Lieutenant Commander William T. Riker, on Star Trek: The Next Generation. The show deals with everything from lasers and mind control to weather warfare. The series also mentions HAARP, a program that deals with the ionosphere. Leading scientists like Nick Pope discuss various aspects of the proposed technology. The first episode was about weather warfare. The second was about lasers, and their possible use in warfare by 2025 and maybe even by our troops. The third episode, which aired last night, was about mind control.

The weather was very interesting

Warning: Spoilers
My mother read a fictional book about the military using weather warfare and on the back of the book it stated information the author had gotten thanks to the freedom of information act. The point about the year Katrina hit being weather warfare against the u.s. seems very plausible since none have hit the u.s. since then. The problem from the hurricanes being bumped away is the southeast u.s. is now in a major droubt and this will be a new problem for politicians: 'do we protect our citizens from this disaster(hurricanes) or this one(droubt and poor crops)?'. The whole crap with hypocrite Al Gore ranting about global warming when he is a bigger contributor with his private jet, huge house and other possessions than we average joes are sure seems to be a cover story now to keep our eyes(world citizens) off our countries militaries in the haze of this conspiracy. And if climate change is real this military technology would be the perfect cure for this global problem and could actually unite us as a species rather than how the nwo's crap is now adays. I haven't seen other episodes but this one was very interesting.

I kept listening and wondered who the narrator is. I finally guessed Jonathan Frakes. I had to come to IMDB, my go-to source, to verify. Great job Mr. Frakes!

This show doesn't live up to its potential, by any stretch of the imagination...

This show doesn't live up to its potential, by any stretch of the imagination. I started watching with the idea that it would be scientific and informative, instead, "That's Impossible" came at me with repetitive graphics and moral dilemmas, none of which they answered. The first episode (Invisibility) kept promising how they would explain the evolution and the current state of the technology, yet came out preachy and propagandic. I was really disappointed with the actual knowledge that the show seemed to have about the topic; being very little to speculative. Overall, the graphics were good even though the same ones were being used to explain totally different things, none of which helped to convey the information. This show has potential, it just needs to focus more on what it intends to rather than try to entice viewers and be as conspiracy theory - like as the crystal skull documentary.
