Keep it up

This consists of interviews with the cast and crew, all of whom have something to add within their area of expertise(and there is a very clear love of what they're working on), clips from the show, behind-the-scenes footage, and incomplete effects shots.

It's 13 and and a half minutes long. This is found on the season 2 Blu-Ray release of Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles. It spoils a lot of the show, but this review doesn't. This closes on an uncut, a capella version of Shirley Manson Samson and Delilah.

"The most challenging part of score in the show is keeping up with all the different character arcs. It's not like a typical show where you have the hero and the villain and the way they interact is always the same. I do have a very strong sense of what I want from music. And it's really kind of about the level of emotionality vs sentimentality. And how much can you play tension. How much of it feels real vs just sort of false ginned up tension, which I feel like I get a lot on TV soundtracks. We started talking about the music of the original two movies and how much it meant. And how well it worked in that context. And they asked me what I would want to do for the show. And the first thing I said was "we need to drop on that sound. We need to make the show connect with the universe in the movies". From there, I also knew that we had to take it in some other directions. Mainly because it explores Sarah's character more than movies ever did. We're probably 99% score and we have very few songs".

I recommend this to any fan of the series. 8/10
