- At one point, the main antagonist makes a pun using the word "shit", which is played for laughs because the game otherwise does not contain much obscene language.
- In the Pillow Fort chapter, there's an Easter egg in one part where Josef Fares' expletive-ridden "Fuck the Oscars" tirade from the 2017 Game Awards can be heard, but with all the F-words censored due to the game being rated T for Teen.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There is an unavoidable scene in which the protagonists destroy a child's favourite toy, which involves them pulling the toy towards a deadly drop whilst she begs and cries for mercy. All while pieces of the toy are ripped off violently. All of this is done by the players and some will find it disturbing.
