I really felt for her this episode. Is it bad that I wanted to kick that woman's face in for hurting Macy ugh! Unfortunately many POC women and men go thru this racism in their work area and that is wrong! Hopefully change starts happening soon. Love that she learned from this and became stronger with the fire to fight for her workplace. Harry wasn't a nuisance this ep which is always good. And Maggie? I like her more and more. Got to love aggressive Mel too xD love how protective she is when she senses injustice. And we learned more about the symbols, let's see where that goes.

Entertaining, but the unrealistic "racism" is getting old

Do we really think that this type of thing only happens to black girls? White girls would rather their curls not get frizzed up either. You would not believe how many hands I've had to request be removed from my hair. How about we have some new story lines? How about people that are just people? The world doesn't need to be taught "lessons" by a bunch of entitled celebrities. Get over yourself.
Sick way to ruin the Macy character.

I thought she was supposed to be a scientist. Didn't she know that malaria was at its deadliest in Africa? Why should they use a different country and ethnicity, for their commercial? To be more politically correct? In that case, why did she even agree to be part of the project? She should've just walked out, and leave the paycheck. The whole thing was unbelievably stupid anyway, you don't talk about fatal diseases dressed like a hooker. These writers were just too desperate to create their discrimination fantasy scenario, to make it a tiny plausible. They went overboard with it. I can't even talk about the rest, because once again, this episode was another excuse for the new lesson of the week, on woke lexicon.
