- A man is killed in front of Baez's House. She tells Danny she's been seeing him. But she's worried about the investigation. When a cop in Jaime's precinct is coming in late a lot, he decides to reprimand him. When the union learns of this they send their representative, Eddie to talk to him to reconsider but Jaime stands his ground despite the impact it has on their relationship. Erin's boss gives her notes on how she should conduct herself in court. Erin refuses to comply which leads to a clash that has her considering resigning. When Sid appears to be troubled Frank tells him he needs to see a therapist and to make it less awkward he tells Garrett and Baker to go too. - Jamie dutifully gives a young officer at his precinct a week foot duty for arriving to work late three times in one week, invoking his pregnant wife's morning sickness. While Eddie, now union rep, protests, their captain rules with Jamie. A man who was briefly romantically involved with Baez is murdered on her front lawn. He now had a fiance whose alibi is solid, but a camera app Baez installed on her front door shows her responsible. Danny ultimately makes it in time to stop the woman from killing Baez. Erin is frustrated receiving case notes from her new boss and grapples to find common ground. Frank appeals to Dr. Alex Dawson, the therapist who previously helped Danny, when Gormley is shown to be highly stressed, as turns out because his longtime partner had died suddenly and unexpectedly. Frank himself admits to the therapist he is struggling to "see past the scoreboard" of his own fallen friends and family members. At Sunday dinner, Sean opens a letter from his college of choice, and announces he was accepted.—KGF Vissers
