The Anniversary has dialog that is a cross between Kevin Smith and Mike Judge, an adult comedy about life, love and being single in your 30s, this is nicely done indie comedy from newcomer, John Campea. Well written and well shot, this comedy brings up the complication of relationships in such a realistic way many can identify with it.
One of the best things about having a movie website is meeting people just like you who love movies. John Campea is someone I have admired for a long time in the movie blogosphere, the founder of The Movie Blog and now Senior Editor of AMC Entertainment, Campea also dabbles in making films.
