I'm loving Law and Order UK s far, but this episode was weak. They kept trying to force in 'racism' in places that didn't fit. The lawyer (the main dude) has never displayed any signs of racism whatsoever but his junior had to suddenly make a remark about how he's "brutal" for investigating a friend, and asked if it was because he was Turkish?? Where did that come from?
Not to mention the main lawyer's friend accusing him of being racist for investigating him too, when just a few seconds earlier he said James was "still the same since university" and always sticking to his principles (i.e. going after the evidence no matter who or what is involved). Why is everyone getting on James' back for doing his duty? I don't get it.
