Terrific episode. Recreates the famous scene where Michael shoots Sollozo and McCluskey and the infamous horse head. The cast is top notice here. Matthew Goode, Gorman, Teller, Juno, and the actors playing Coppola, Brando and Pacino all great.

Louis Restaurant in the Bronx

Wow! This outstanding limited series just builds from strength to strength. You know what's coming. We know the story, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, and we know the real-life mob story that unfolds contemporaneously, but we're still surprised and enthralled.
Brilliant direction, from Gwyneth Horder-Payton and continued outstanding performances from Miles Teller (Al Ruddy), Dan Fogler (Francis Ford Coppola), Burn Gorman (Charlie Bluhdorn), Juno Temple (Bettye), Anthony Ippolito (Al Pacino), Justin Chambers (Marlon Brando), and leading the way, Matthew Goode as Robert Evans.
Interestingly, so many of the things I have seen and read, over the years, that gave credit to Coppola, this series gives those credits to Ruddy. In this episode, moving up the restaurant scene to show Pacino's power and the 'reality' of the horse's head.

After 7 episodes we are finally seeing the iconic parts of the movie "The Godfather."
Personally the little romance that blossoms with Bettye is actually very entertaining to watch.
Unfortunately I am getting a little bored with the leading man Al Ruddy. While the characters whole purpose is to encounter a problem and then miraculously resolve it, it does feel like it's getting awfully repetitive. Nevertheless Miles Teller still pulls off an Emmy worthy performance.
