- Lincoln and his men (Self, T-Bag, Mahone) are trying to find Scylla. They try to find a clue for the key from the fake buyer who killed Gretchen. They find a Church and an Estate that matches with key. When Lincoln and Mahone investigate the Estate, Lincoln finds a picture of him with his mother. Mahone finds out that, picture was edited and some clue about meeting place. Lincoln takes the meeting and finds his mother. Christina wants 2 days from Lincoln for eliminating Krantz. By the way Company's men finds Michael and Sara, they run away with truck and escape again. At last Lincoln goes to meeting place again and beginning of the end starts.—Selim ARIKAN
- Michael and Sara are chased by the Company's men; they hitchhike on the back a truck, but the driver is killed and they are trapped inside. Meanwhile, Lincoln, Mahone, Self and T-Bag investigate the two sophisticated and expensive keys they took from the buyer that shot Gretchen. They find two possible addresses, and while Lincoln and Mahone goe to a mansion, Self and T-Bag heads to a church trying to find Scylla. Lincoln finds a picture from the 70's of his mother Christina, and he unravels the secret message with the location where he might meet her. Meanwhile Christina orders an attempt against the life of General Krantz but he escapes with minor injuries only. Lincoln meets his mother and she asks for two days for him to remove General Krantz from the direction of the Company and leave Michael and Lincoln free. - Open with Lincoln, T-Bag, Self and Mahone all getting envelopes with pictures of a loved one. Lincoln calls the General who tells them the pictures were for motivation. The General says Michael is also going after Scylla and he has given orders to kill Michael if he's found.
Cut to Arizona with Michael telling Sara that Lincoln made a mistake by taking The Company's offer, even if it was to try and save his life. When they get in a car someone begins firing and they must take cover behind the vehicle. They take off running and lose the guy near a dock.
Mahone tells the guys the keys they got off of Scott come with a computer chip and they should be able to find a database that tells them what they unlocks.
An underling tells Christina Scofied that someone has tried to access the chip on Scott's keys and that Michael has escaped Company custody and is on his way to Miami. "If only they understood what I was trying to do," she says.
After hitchhiking out of danger Sara tells Michael they have to call Lincoln for help.
Mahone locates the two lock locations and the four guys plan to split up and go to each site.
Michael calls Lincoln and the two argue over Michael ruining the deal with The Company. Michael tells him their mother is still alive and hangs up.
Michael and Sara pay a truck driver $100 to let them ride in his trailer to Dallas.
Lincoln and Mahone use the key to unlock the back door of a house. The place is empty but a picture of a pregnant Christina and a young Lincoln was left on a desk. Mahone tells Lincoln it's possible his mother has Scylla.
In the back of the truck Michael tells Sara he can't believe his mother was a Company agent. Particularly given that she would have had to sit back while her two sons were hunted, Michael wonders if she may have gotten The Company's brainwash treatment.
The General and Oren ride in a limousine and discuss nearly turning Michael. The car stops and Oren and the driver get out. The General finds he cannot undo his seatbelt and begins cutting it with a corkscrew as Oren drives away. The General starts to open the door and the shot cuts to Oren pushing a button and the limo blowing up in the background.
T-Bag and Self show up at the other location, a church in Little Havana. T-Bag attempts to access a back door but is turned away by a guy claiming to be a holy man.
Lincoln tells Mahone he doesn't know anything about the picture.
Michael tells Sara a story of his childhood when his mother got him a great present. He says a part of him thinks his mother still loves him. An unmarked car pulls over the truck. A shady guy in street clothes tells the driver his truck was riding low and he needs to check the back. He glances into the back and appears to spot one of Sara's shoes. The man closes the truck and shoots the driver. He calls someone on the phone and says "I got em." Realizing they are in trouble Michael and Sara begin looking for a way out of the now-moving truck.
Christina calls Oren and tells him the General survived the car bomb. She then has Oren put her on speaker phone and says "now." The driver turns around and shoots Oren in the chest.
Based on the year of car in the shot Mahone and Lincoln determine that he picture has been doctored. The license plate has MLK and 441, possibly indicating an intersection. Lincoln leaves by himself and the other three plan to return to Little Havana.
Christina and her assistant discuss the situation, revealing that they are in possession of Scylla. The General calls demanding her whereabouts. Christina plays dumb about the attempt on his life and Oren's murder but eventually hangs up on him after suggesting he try and figure out Scylla's location.
Lincoln arrives at the intersection and is taken to an empty restaurant. Christina arrives from behind and sits down with him. She tells him Scylla is "safe." She says leaving her sons was the hardest thing she ever done and that The Company is only an evil entity because of the General's leadership. She says she needs to two days to get rid of the General and that at the end of those days Michael and Lincoln will have complete freedom.
Michael and Sara use a vending machine to help break through a side door in the trailer. They jump out and begin running with the bad guy in hot pursuit.
Waiting for gang members to clear out of the church, all the guys agree that they will kill Christina if it's necessary to get Scylla. They enter the church claiming to be investigating cruelty to animals. In the back T-Bag and Mahone find guns and fake ID badges and have to shoot their way out.
Michael and Sara flee into an abandoned industrial area. Michael ends up knocking the man unconscious and taking his wallet. The man tells Michael the General did not send him.
Lincoln tells the guys about Christina wanting them to lay low for several days. Based on the guns and dates on the badges Mahone thinks they shouldn't trust her. Against Mahone's advice Lincoln returns to where he met his mother. We cut to Christina being told that Lincoln has returned and that a sniper has a clean shot. "Take it," she reluctantly says. The episode ends with Lincoln in cross hairs.
