Sweet Justice

I just wanted to say I really enjoyed the movie and the messages in it.I enjoyed the point you made on the young guy trying to step up to do the right thing for his child, in spite of the enemy..And also the point of the statutes limits for DNA testing for the young man and to find out the child wasn't his and he still has to pay. I believe there is a lot of work that needs to be done to fix some of the in"justices" for some fathers that are trying to do the right thing. Thanks for inviting me to see it. I look forward to your upcoming productions.

Keep up the good works. Be blessed. Teiah keep going after your passion.

Stac.

A waste of 35,000 dollars

It would be enough to compare this movie to a train wreck but that would be a very harsh judgment on train wrecks. This movie is more compatible with a nuclear holocaust, in the sense that it started out awful and evolved into catastrophic. The plot starts of awful enough a very identifiable vigilante seduces men and then robs them in an effort to balance the bias justice system. The main characters motivation stem from a deep rooted secret in her past that in all actuality has nothing to do with the over all plot. The story seems to have an idea on where it wants to go but has no idea how to get there without running off the road and killing every passenger that attempted to be entertained by this lack of effort called a motion picture.

What a great film!

Sweet Justice is a great film! It is far better than many indie films that I have seen. The quality can be compared with the likes of T. D. Jakes, Not Easily Broken and Tyler Perry's film, The Family That Preys. The acting for the most part was good. It was also good to see Reagan Gomez (the daughter from The Parent Hood) again. Cameos by Houston rapper, Z-Ro and Cheaters host, Joey Greco were a good fit. If you go in with an open mind and purely to be entertained... you will truly enjoy the movie. As a film lover, I highly recommend this film and look forward to seeing more from the team that produced Sweet Justice! Great job!

Sweet Justice 2009

This is a must see film by all young men, that are entering into a relationship for the first time. The young father in this film opened my eyes, to understanding the responsibility of my own actions. Men young and old need to step up and do what's right for their children. We need to start teaching our young men how to be a father at an early age;so that maybe child support issues would stop.

Watching the reaction of some of viewer on opening night made me feel like this film was a long time coming. You had men and women responding to the dead beat dad and also to the young father trying to do right by his own child. Child support issues are mainly talked about by women. But there are men that have issues with dead beat moms, but you just don't hear that much about them. I would like to applauded all the hard work that was put into this film;job well done to all of the cast and crew.

Good Film

I bought this film and was pleasantly surprise. First of all, don't let the 3 rating fool you. For the life of me, I can't believe this film is rated so low.

I thought the acting for the most part was good. I was happy to see Reagan Gomez actually in a different kind of role and she did a great job. Of course she was gorgeous also.

As matter of fact, this is really a different kind of independent urban film. I almost hesitate calling it urban, because it felt more universal and dealt with an universal subject (Child Support). And maybe that's the reason for the low rating, I don't know. See it for yourself. I'm glad I did.

PLEASANTLY SUPRISED!!!

This is a great movie and reminds me of a urban version of the ladies Club 1986. In the Ladies Club, rape victims turn vigilantes castrating Headed by a doctor whose daughter was murdered by a pedophile who was a reoffender, in the movie Sweet Justice, the child support agency and mothers who are victims are after men to pay their child support.. Very sensitive subject very well done a lot of emotion. They show the Justice and Injustice. A must-watch very underrated.
