Awesome funniness, love it.

Lady Button is behaving very strangely, laughing and smiling. Alison is pleased to see new sister Lucy, but begins to realise that her sudden appearance has consequences.

When is this show never brilliant, it is just wonderful viewing, this is yet another wonderful episode in this glorious third series. Perhaps doesn't have the heavy storyline or the serious moment, this one is just pure fun.

Plenty of funny scenes, including Mike, Julian and the keyboard, pondering the questions about kisses, and their meaning to certain people. Fanny and Humphrey had me in stitches, I thought that was really funny, with some hilarious one liners, and the usual belly laughs about Fanny.

It's glorious, 9/10.

There were some very funny moments in this episode. I think the favourite was when Thomas saw that Lucy read Byron and said something along the lines of "Urgh no". In a close second was the Julian and Robin messing around with Mike's computer which was very funny. The Lady Fanny Button and Humphrey love story was interesting too, but not as comedic as the others though I did find it quite amusing, why they called it an affair though I don't know, given the fact that Humphrey's wife has been dead for probably at the very least 350 years and Fanny's husband for probably 75.

One of Captain's best episodes

This is one of the lowest rated episodes, but I think it's actually great.

I'm a sucker for any episode with lots of Captain, and this has one of his funniest plot lines, as he tries to spy on Lucy. His "pillow talk", Cock Soc, miscommunication with Alison and of course "I know Fanny better than any of you" are all classic Cap moments.

Julian and Robin messing with Mike's emails is hilarious, and Fanny and Humphrey's affair might be a bit off putting to some but I thought it was funny. It had a brilliant punchline - literally - and it gave Mary one of her rare moments of wisdom - "likes it or not, it be that bit which hath the heart."

Every character gets a moment to shine in this episode. I think it's underrated.

There is a development with the main plot for series 3. Lucy who is Alison's new found half sister might have a valid claim to the house.

Alison needs to make sure that Lucy is really who she claims to be. The Captain believes he has the skills to help Alison out.

Meanwhile Julian just cannot help himself messing around with Mike's emails. It leads to embarrassment for Mike from his boss.

The best bit was to see Fanny in love with Humphrey's body. She has no time for the head.

Another amusing episode with its many sub plots. It is good to see the focus on just how genuine Lucy actually is.

Glad we are getting a tease of an actual arc on this show as opposed to just one-off episodes, but this one does not feel necessary. If she isn't lying you would think the lawyer would have found her earlier, right?
