Operation William.

Alison and Mike finally get some interest in Button Hall, but the pair have to clear out the shambolic garden first.

This was my favourite of the three episode so far, it was very, very funny. Plenty of great scenes, so much humour throughout, surely the best scene being where a lustful Lady Button watches Mike taking his Cola break, her faces again we're hilarious.

The Captain was great in this episode, we've learned bits about him in the past, but we got to learn more here, he's a great character.

Brilliant, brilliant. 9/10.

Very touching love the captains story and feel that showing each of the ghosts backstory gives so much more depth to the show and makes the episodes a lot more enjoyable and at the right times angsty.

Warning: Spoilers
Alison and Mike are still keen to host Weddings at Button House, but first it may help to make some rudimentary research into what other venues offer.

To see if they can at least match that, or offer something that other venues can't.

They are desperate to clinch a deal with a Wedding Event company, but if they were really serious then surely they should. Make absolutely sure that Button House is ready for business, before inviting Company representative to visit.

We get to see something of the Captain's history, that he may have hoped to have finally put behind him.

There is a copy of the novel Lady Chatterley's Lover open on a stand, and Kitty and Lady Fanny simply can't help glancing at its open pages.

For an otherwise extremely prim and proper and well brought up Lady, the literature would appear to have some effect on her sensibilities.

She certainly seems to be viewing Mike, in an altogether different light as at least an indirect consequence.

A perennial problem for Alison is trying to keep the ghosts occupied, so she can get on much more important matters like life itself.

This was a very moving, touching episode. I adore this series- and finding out the back stories of the ghosts has been an excellent move. I actually had a tear in my eye at the end of this episode.

Not a perfect episode, I thought they could have done a little bit more with the Captain, but still another solid episode.

Ghosts continues to be a fine show.
