A terrified Nikki escapes being shot, she challenges Tramfield over his behaviour. Harry and DI Helen Okoroafor discover the identity of the woman killed at the raid, she was an undercover Officer. Three teams all working against each other seeking the truth, The team of Pathologists, DI Tramfield and Edwin Stickley, each mistrusting one another. Rhys Allen threatens Nikki and pushes her to clear him and unmask the true killer. Nikki reconstructs the crime scene, and from it she begins to learn the truth.
A quite shocking ending, one I certainly did not see coming, Part 2 improved on the opening episode.
Stunning performance from Emilia Fox, arguably one of her best to date, she packed so much fear and emotion in to this episode. Nikki very much took centre stage in this episode. A word too on Karen Bryson, I found myself really taking to DI Helen Okoroafor, truly likable talented actress. Expertly acted all around.
A quick mention on Gary Lewis, velvet voiced with an incredibly warm Scotch accent, he's a talented very watchable actor, good to see him cast somewhat against type here.
Brilliant episode, but what was in the box?
