The film should be Exiled

I watched Spring Lakes from the same cast and crew and found it very lacklustre. So i wanted to give these guys another chance and watched this film. Again, the same people giving 10/10 reviews for Spring Lakes are here again giving 10/10 reviews again, whom i can only assume are the cast and crew themselves. Very shameful if this is the case. The film is not anywhere near the reviews given. Maybe we have been watching 2 different films. The 'Gameshow' theme is very poor and not clearly explained. The 2 random snipers lack the basic acting experience. Camera quality is extremely poor, with constant shaking and juddering. The fight scenes are absolutely abysmal - different camera angles do not make a poor fight scene any better - almost even worse. And the cheap props that have been used is totally laughable. Obviously we know bones and skeletons cannot be real, but its clear as day the bones are cheap plastic pieces. I've seen better halloween props in walmart. A total waste of time all round for those involved and viewers alike.

A gameshow with a difference.

Players have to kill one another to get there freedom, but theres one thing standing in their way.

A great film and worth a watch if you just want to sit back and lose your mind watching a ton of blood and guts.

I liked it and routed for a couple of the players.

And when you see them, you'll know whom I am talking about.

Actingwise, there was one scene in it involving a grenade that I thought didn't need to be there. The two actors need to go back to drama school. Everyone else held up and were convincing which is why I can forgive those 2 minutes of the grenade guy.

The fight scenes between Sunny Pang and Nick Khan were fantastic ,pacey and hard hitting.

I look forward to the next installment.

If you're a fan of martial arts films from the 80's and 90's, then this beast is for you.

Starring Sunny Pang, this film has all the right moves.

Fight scenes are brilliant and it's good to see so many varied and differing styles used.

Plenty of gory death scenes and imaginative characters make this film a worthy watch.

I enjoyed some of the characters. Igor was a one man killing machine and I sat on the edge of my seat when he appeared, just to see how he would dispatch his next victim and believe me, there were so many ways!

Kato Plasma was pure hardcore . A man who liked and enjoyed his evil, twisted , monstrous ways and I loved him! One guy you wouldn't want to meet down a dark alleyway, or any alleyway for that matter.

Reminded me somewhat of Arnie's The running man but with more blood and guts and a few more dysfunctional players.

Go and check it out.

Firstly, Im not a fan of martial arts films and even less , horror, but this film intrigued me. I had heard of some of the cast before.. Sunny Pang, James Bryhan and wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

I sat there with my husband ,gripping his arm ,waiting for the horror to start and by the end of the film, i was perched on my chair screaming and throwing myself into it.

I can say, Exiled has converted the unconvertable. This movie has all the elements of a great cast and story.

I'm looking forward to what happens next.

Whens part 2 coming??

Killers, nutters, rapists and one mean ,glorious psychopath (Kato Plasma) gutting, chopping and the greatest of mayhem are all the ingredients to make this one psychotic, driven bloody mayhem of a movie!

Martial arts with a dash of horror set slightly in the future with action stars Sunny Pang ,Hannah Al Rashid, Oka Antario, Nick Khan and James Jaysen Bryhan.

This movie blew me away! The fight scenes were excellent, the acting ,especially by 4 of the leads was phenomenal. Now I know this film was made on a tight budget, but the actors, the fight sequences and the story carried it all the way through. Nick Khan was the vicious Russian killer who tore everyone and everything up,but came nowhere scary than James Jaysen Bryhan. His character was more than menacing and was such a standout that it was a shame to see his scenes so short. I would've liked to have seen Kato vs Igor. Now that's a game i'd place a bet on.

Needless to say, this film is as good as (dare I say) The Raid.

Do I need to say anything else? NO. GO AND WATCH IT.
