Sex & Nudity: 4/10

A woman is seized around the wrists, ankles and throat by thorny vines of a tree and held while another thick vine snakes up one thigh and under her skirt to her groin as she screams extremely loudly in an apparent rape by flora as the camera cuts to her face (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details). Nothing graphic is shown, but it is rather intense.

A nude woman with visible nipples crawls through debris and mud in a yard; we also see her bare back and chest, shoulders, arms and hands and glimpse the outline of her thighs while she is in shadow. She is, however, covered in dirt so it is hard to see nudity.

In four drawings, we briefly see a nude woman with large breasts and nipples and the rest of the body is shown as an indistinct outline.

A demon-possessed woman moves her tongue up another woman's leg and moves towards her groin area before the woman distracts her with a large knife. The demon-possessed woman proceeds to cut her own mouth and tongue (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details), and then kisses a human woman on a staircase.

A man's demon-possessed sister tells him to come to the basement so she will fellate him. The same demon-possessed girl then tells the man his sister's soul is being raped in hell.

Violence & Gore: 10/10

A bloody teen girl is tied to a stake and burned with alive with gasoline; you see the skin melting off her face graphically.

A woman cuts her own face in a bathroom with a large knife, bleeding profusely after an image of a gore-covered face blows up the bathroom mirror. Teeth and bone are exposed from the side of her mouth. A man walks into the bathroom, slips on a severed tongue lying on the floor and hits his back hard on the toilet, and he is then stabbed once by a woman using a long shard from a broken mirror in the shoulder. She then takes a needle repeatedly stabs him in the face and hand until he shoves her off of him and she hits the sink, knocking a large piece off onto the floor. We then see a close up of him pulling the needle out from the skin beneath his eye. She then is conscious again and crawls across the floor with a knife shard, before she is stopped by the man smashing her head in with the sink piece. We see her dead body with exposed brain matter. The man is then treated in the shed by having the glass shard slowly pulled out of his wound as blood pours out.

A woman's hand begins to become infected (graphic) up to her elbow, so she cuts off the arm at the bicep in a close-up with an electric knife while a demon-possessed woman peeks through the basement and yells not to do it (blood gushes and spatters everywhere after we hear bones cracking and the arm falls to the floor with a thump).

A woman is shown shooting nails into two men. We see her face has many nails in it. The two men get many nails put into different parts of their body. The woman is stopped when a man tackles her to the floor. She then disappears and reappears with a crow bar and repeatedly beats a man with it. When he tries to raise his hand to defend, the crowbar splits it in two. The other man got hold of the nail gun and starts shooting at her. Though she is hit multiple times, she continues to reach the man and then beat him severely on the body and head before her remaining arm is shot off with a shotgun.

A man puts a plastic bag over a woman's head and buries her alive.

A woman drives off a road at night, having seen a thin bloody figure standing in the middle of the road; the driver crashes through trees and into a creek and we see her forehead bloody as she crawls out of the water and mud; she runs, falls where she is then seized by vines that rape her (please see the Sex/Nudity category for more details); a man finds her hunched at the foot of a tree and takes her to their cabin, where she showers fully clothed and she scalds herself in the shower, showing convulsions and face blisters and vomits again (we see yellow vomit) in a Jeep as the man drives to an ER, only to have the river flooded. He turns and sees the woman smiling evil-like at him.

A woman shoots a man in the shoulder with a shotgun and tells him and three friends that they will all die tonight (there's no blood).

A man finds that his pet dog has been bludgeoned and we see a bloody hammer beside the dog. A quick cut scene to a woman beating the dog with a hammer (shot from ground level/dog not seen)

A woman falls down basement steps and is met by another woman that jumps on her, bites her hand, producing profuse bleeding; later, the injured woman washes her hand and groans in pain and gross matter comes out of the wound.

A woman takes a box-cutter and licks the blade, slowly cutting her own tongue in half. She then lunges at another woman and starts making out with her as blood gushes from her mouth.

A woman forces a chainsaw blade into the mouth of a crawling demon in front of her, cutting it completely in half from head to toe. Tons of blood sprays everywhere and we see the gory results. We see two thin bloody body halves (like a side of beef) sink completely into bloody mud.

People enter a basement and have a bloody fight with a demon-possessed woman with a large knife and a crowbar in a blurred dark scene; the demon throws one man against two different walls with loud crashes. The woman is then hit over the head where she loses consciousness and then injected with a sedative. One man dies and the other man lies him down in water that is flooding the basement.

A woman runs into a small barn room when a demon slices into the narrow room using a machete across the screen several times in close-up, slicing into the woman's knee and arm.

A demon's legs are sliced off with a chainsaw, and it is forced to crawl.

A car lands on a woman' hand, where she then forcefully rips off her hand to escape. You see the muscle and sinew graphically tearing off.

Five men and women discover a blood stained basement with dead, dried-out animals hanging from the rafters, by its rotten smell.

A woman becomes possessed, convulses and urine runs down both of her legs from under her shorts while around her are the sounds of unintelligible whispering voices.

A man limps into a cabin where another man is demon-possessed, limping and covered in slime; the first man is stabbed in the neck with a pair of wire cutters. The first man then shoots a gun into a gas can and the cabin bursts into flames with both of them inside.

A demon-possessed woman has a large vine coming out of her mouth which travels along the ground before raping a woman tied up in the branches (please see Sex/Nudity). A woman vomits up blood-looking liquid all over a woman's face before she is pushed into the basement.

The climax of the film involves raining blood for an extended period of time.

During closing credits, blood runs in the background, it runs down a flight of stair, drips onto floors and pours into puddles.

We see empty syringes dropped on the floor several times, and we hear that a woman overdosed on drugs but survived.

A woman recovering from drug addiction smokes a cigarette outdoors.
