Aladdin's lamp
erminahotmail7 May 2024
Warning: Spoilers
So this film talks about Lupine having to take a lamp but not a simple lamp But Aladdin's lamp But the problem is that the lamp hit Lupine and now he has a problem Lupine's memories are erased when 7pm passes The problem is that is implanted inside Achip Who has this problem because when seven in the morning passes you come to your senses when 7 in the morning comes and Lupine has to find every way to fix this problem So what do I think of this film certainly much better than Green against Red because at least here we understand thereplot in the meantime I want to say some things that I don't like or this film is called Aladdin's lamp and instead there is no genie and I don't understand why a farewell has to be the shape of a lamp then Zenigata doesn't really do anything since he loses memory is thecolonel aio or the villain of this film doesn't seem at all interested in a positive thing which is the girl who pretended to be the genie of the lamp what is the creator of this device this character was very good in this film So this film For me the leastinteresting of the Lupine III films I see it's not really a bad film this can really be watched but it's nothing special to conclude rating 6.

A great adventure with Lupin III.

Sweet Lost Night is a great adventure with Lupin III.

The title is appropriate, as the twist here is that Lupin can't remember anything that happened during the night. Twelve hours are a blank to him, and some additional memory wackiness comes into play as well, as someone is stealing memories.

This sets up some great stuff, as Lupin scrambles to find out what he did during that time. A very cool narrative device, it sets up some nice gags as well as keeps the intrigue going for the main plot. Lupin even writes on his body to try and remember things, à la the film Memento.

The star of the show, Lupin, is portrayed very well here. He's slick, cool, funny, a fool for love, and he takes all the craziness going on around him in stride.

Lupin's partner Jigen is great in this, he's always there to help in a jam. The lovable cop Inspector Zenigata has some really entertaining stuff in this too. Goemon is also used to great comic effect here. Fujiko is used a bit differently than of late, here she's against Lupin. This fun rivalry is an amusing aspect of their complicated relationship.

This plot involves a magic lamp, and a girl named Drew. She's a pretty straight forward guest heroine, although she does have some fun flirty humor with Lupin.

Pretty much, this has all the aspects you'd expect from a Lupin anime. It has car chases, over-the-top action, lots of great comedy, and some brief emotional moments to give it some weight. It's all done with a fast thrill-a-minute pace too. The atmosphere is great, lushly animated with fantastic music and voice acting as always.

A great action/adventure with a clever twist, this one is a lot of fun. Give this a watch, it's must see anime.

Lupin iii film 2

Good old Lupin. Really, really great film. Lots of action, funny moments. Many fun moments with both Lupin and Zaza; Fujiko is in a continuous double/triple game; great love story for Lupin too this time with Drew. They really did him good, portrayed as brave, goofy, charming. This is the perfect Lupin. The story is interesting and with a surprising twist. The animation is smooth all the time. Honestly it's almost perfect in my opinion, loved this film. Must watch for lupin fans. Now I have to exceed characters: Good old Lupin Really really great film. Lots of action, funny moments.
