Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): DiNozzo says that 24 volts isn't enough to electrocute somebody. This is not true. Current (amperes) is what electrocutes not voltage. You can get electrocuted by a 1.5 volt AA battery if the conditions are right. more
