A very good start, beautifully acted.

Pym's advertising Agency has lost one of its copywriters, Victor Dean, who's life was cut short by a tumble down a staircase.

It's a good, solid start to the mystery, every single Wimsey story is great, they're beautifully written, gloriously made ans visually decadent. This one is no different, only here you do need to suspend your disbelief a little, you have to buy in to the aristocratic fop landing an Office job.

You'll wonder how this could have the legs to run for another three episodes on top of this one, but it takes on a very different tone when it escapes the confines of The Office. This first part, you could argue is perhaps a little slow, it would definitely change up as if develops.

Great cast here, with some wonderful acting, John Hallam and Fiona Walker both stand out for me, as does the wonderful Gwen Taylor as Miss Dean, has she ever looked more beautiful?

Sir back, relax, and escape into another world, it's a fine start, 8/10.
