A mix of funny and sad. .
Alan's brother Michael is days away from his wedding, armed with this knowledge, Christine invites him, Alan and Michelle around for coffee. Alan is given the job of best man, and is entrusted with the rings.....
It's a great episode, but it's not one that's terribly funny, it has its moments, but it's more sad I thought, it's a real story of brotherly rivalry, Alan's a sweet guy, his brother Michael is a prized p***, it's no wonder Christine took to him straight away.
Christine once again delivers the laughs, the way she reminds Beth that there's going to be no wedding in her family was funny, she just doesn't care.
Colin's dance was definitely the comedy moment, side splitting. It's worth rewinding backwards.
It's actually hard to make your eyes off Michelle, Joy McAvoy is somewhat captivating, she's so incredibly pretty, but Michelle is perhaps the only one of Beth's neighbours who's actually decent.
Quality. 8/10.
