- At the start of the movie you can see two girls dancing at a party and they both kiss each other during the dance. Many characters wear revealing clothes and low cut dresses. The character of Maria Ozawa dance suggestively with the lead actor during the party and seduce and kiss him in revealing outfit. Later both are seen on bed and she removes her top and you can see her breasts clearly. She thrusts on top of the guy which is also nude but only shown from side so no frontal or rear male nudity is shown.

- At the beginning of the movie a women drops a bag, a head and an arm fall out. She gets attacked from behind and has her throat slit, you only get to see some blood splatter (the actual wound is never shown).
- There are many scenes of extreme torture with severed body parts and bloody gory aftermath with very intense situations and jump scenes.
