well again, just getting into it and ... end
gs-subs25 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The running times of this show are terrible, did the writers run out of ideas ? On a positive note, it was a little more entertaining with a bit more going on and Tim Roth is a joy to watch as always.

It seems ironic though that she hulk would take nonsense.of her boss though, why do we spend a certain amount of time at the beginning of the show stating Jen wont take rubbish of anybody, then bow down to an ahole of a boss....doesnt make sense - at all.

I do like the she hulk and Jen counterparts and given more time to actually watch and ingest the show, it might be better, but it's difficult to get into a show thats a youtube short!

It's like watching half baked lazy marvel filler
hotrobinproductions25 August 2022
Nothing really even happens... I mean truly and I don't understand why these episodes are so short, there's barely anything that happens like yeah she's trying to adjust to her life and stuff but that's it. Watching this show feels like watching lazy marvel fillers... this type of time on a show would work better for animated tv shows that actually show more story in one episode and can do more. This is live action and we need time to care about what's going on.

I gave it a 6/10 because me personally I thought the first episode wasn't the best either but it was watchable with a story worth telling. I did like the dynamic between hulk and she hulk but now it's just nothing going on. And this one being a 6/10 I guess having her progress to working as a lawyer for another firm had moments, I'm definitely giving it a VERY light 6 if not a 5. This is not the best, first episode had better moments, this just felt like consequences for the first episode followed by weak progression.

With a cliffhanger that is weird.

Also the writing is just not good, the first episode had cringey preachy type of writing... that was didn't like either but it was able to keep me interested.

This one doesn't have cringey preachy writing but it has lazy writing like the beginning part of the episode with the cringe actors. Idk what it is...

Unfortunately too short
tanaskovicuros25 August 2022
I was enjoying episode so much...and then it suddenly ended. What??? I was so surprised when it ended because nothing really happened. It felt like a long episode was cut in half to make two. And not cut well. Idk man, I hope it gets a little bit longer. They sold it as a 30 minute comedy, not 20 minute comedy. Also, it felt really rushed because of that. Other than that, as I said, I really enjoy being in Jan's world. It should be interesting moving forward, just please don't do episodes that are this short. That really bothered me.

I'm only here for Daredevil and i hope they dont ruin the character

Warning: Spoilers
What is with this series! How can a character wo has saved the world multiple times over be called a narcissist? Yes Stark was created by Stan Lee to be a hero that no one like but come on putting all super heroes in the box of Billionaires... Captain America? Narcissist... Hawkeye? Adult Orphans...All of the Avengers (Papa Fury!?!)

The whole of her family is just the worst... CHAD, worst, dont really want to talk about that scene. Just a full douche

Also why does every poignant scene have to have a terrible joke in it. Accepting a new job and the first day apart of the Mutant/SuperHero division and they have to have a pull/push door joke, WHY!?!

This whole episode is way beyond cringe. Until we get to the Emil Blonsky. The Prison is not the Raft which would have been a much better place to start the story but is 100% the same cell from Shang-Chi. Starks Department of Damage Control is heading up this facility even though the department wasnt formed until after the events of the Incredible Hulk. Why are marvel just destroying the 2 characters of the Hulk and Abomination to be just dumb thats the only way that i can describe what they've done. Their all just quivering wrecks Tim Roth should be understating dark who could snap at any moment.

Literally the whole things that happened in the episode is that she got fired because of the end of episode 1, got a new job and represents the Abomination. Well done wasting half and hour on this!

Superhuman Law
lassegalsgaard25 August 2022
I read some arguments that Disney should have released the first two episodes of "She-Hulk" last week as the first episode didn't really give a good enough look at what this show was going to be. Of course, it's easy to say in hindsight that it would have been the best thing to do now. However, after having seen the second episode, I definitely agree that they should have released the first two, especially given the short length of the episodes at 30 minutes. This episode definitely set up the show in a better fashion, giving us a real direction for the character and story.

So I'll just get my main issue out of the way first. These episodes are very short, and I especially felt that in this episode. Marvel has called this their first real sitcom, which explains the episode lengths, but they still haven't completely gotten that formula down. These episodes feel very stuffed with story and it was a little overwhelming, so at the time when I felt like I had gotten it down, the episode was over. They need to work with that and I'm sure they will. Other than that, I think this episode was a fun time. I'm starting to like the character of Jennifer Walters, a character with a longstanding history in Marvel Comics. She's quickly coming into her own, shedding the much talked about derivative nature of her character, and creating a space for herself to work. The show is very complimentary towards that character development, showing her off as an ambitious lawyer who wants to prove herself. Taking on a case like she does here may come with certain personal issues, but it's what's best for her career. And the triumphant return of Tim Roth's Emil Blonsky was absolutely brilliant, showing a different light of his character that stays weirdly true to his appearance in "The Incredible Hulk." The ending obviously throws a bit of a wrench in their relationship, but ties in greatly with the rest of the universe and may answer some questions about the connective tissue of Marvel going forward in the upcoming episodes of the show.

"Superhuman Law" still struggles a bit with the length of it all, putting a lot of story in, but shows signs of its great potential. The episode was an overall success, showing more depth to Jennifer as a character and giving us a nice preview of the cameos that we should be looking forward to.

Very short but fun
Abdulxoxo25 August 2022
While the second episode of She-hulk is shorter than the last one, I thought it was an improvement and I had a good time with it. This episode features Jen as she tries to handle her newfound popularity, and how the being a Hulk affects both her professional and personal life. So much fun and a solid light entertainment to pass the time. Not sure why there's a need to be a lot of fuss about it.

Does this count as a TV episode?
jagcohen25 August 2022
She Hulk's 2nd episode is a whopping 23 minutes long, with the main plot being... she gets hired somewhere?

This episode felt more like a cold open then it did an actual TV episode. When the credits started rolling for a second I genuinely thought it was the intro. This just isn't good content, it is not well paced, well written, and to top it all off the CGI this episode is just hard to watch.

Short but fun. Flew by, so even although it is short episodes, shows it is good to watch. Still 8/10 for me. Keep this up and I can see another season of the show.

Entertaining in a pinch
kqueen7426 August 2022
This show will hardly win any awards but the premise is silly and fun. The solid cast often outshines the weak writing. I agree with others that this episode had barely begun when it suddenly ended. It seems designed more for commercial TV than streaming.

Hot Garbage
jorwagner26 August 2022
I've never made a review. But this was so terribly bad, I needed to. The episode is 20 minutes with almost 8 minutes of credits. They are barely moving forward with the story. Marvel needs to figure out what's making it so bad.

Namaste
slak96u25 August 2022
Talk about a guest star, wow. Tim Roth was FANTASTIC!!! Some hilarious and brilliant 4th wall breaking moments, very self aware. This series reminds me a lot of old half hour comedies from the early/mid 90s, in the best way.

The runtime is 27ish minutes and the episode is over before you know it, very quick. As a half hour comedy the show works really well, for me at least. Fills a niche in the MCU that I honestly wasn't aware needed filling, but enjoy more because of.

Minor spoiler. How did hulk answer a smartphone by swiping his thumb that is as big as the phone? Other than that I enjoy it. The main actor is very good. The story is enjoyable.

The worst chapter
ibinokafka25 August 2022
Without a doubt this is one of the worst episodes I have seen in a Marvel series. She-Hulk is nothing more than a parody of Deadpool with bad jokes that end up giving you cringe, on top of that the CGI is horrendous and it feels like a play station 2 game.

Hulk and Abomination were nerfed and turned into mediocre characters who only make bad jokes. Marvel is ruining iconic characters to turn them into circus clowns.

A solid if unspectacular episode
faris-6029626 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The second episode of She-Hulk reveals the aftermath of her incident in the courtroom, in the previous episode. While by no means an amazing episode, it was still somehow solid. Tatiana Maslany is still great as ever. If there was maybe one gripe I have with the show, is its tone so far. I understand Marvel are going for a sitcom vibe here. I just don't see how that would work in the long run with characters like Abomination and the actual Hulk. Maybe it'll improve, maybe it won't, I don't know. What I do know, is that the show is nowhere near as bad as the review bombers would suggest. It's a fun, lighearted show with a female lead. (Maybe that's what's bugging these misogynists out there)

Waaaaaay better than the 1st episode
james_cwy25 August 2022
Didn't feel as rushed as the first episode. Humour was good with a nice meta reference towards the end. No sour taste in my mouth after this episode either. I'm really hoping for a satisfying arc of Jen becoming a superhero. Actually looking forward to next week's episode.

Where's the action?
marcotiero25 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Whilst I loved the fun, opening episode, I didn't like this one as much.

The only scenes that save it are those with Blonsky and Banner, though I did appreciate the Easter eggs.

I still have hope for this series, but let's bring back the fun from the first episode and try having a bit of action, too! (It is She-Hulk after all, not Ally McBeal)

Embarrassingly Awful - Is Disney& Marvel Trolling Viewers?
AlienLover300026 August 2022
The first episode was awful, but I wanted to reserve judgement after seeing a few episodes.

After seeing episode 2, it's now clear Disney is really stretching the story out into as many episodes as possible to keep subscribers subscribed each week. The first 2 episodes easily could've been combined into one episode.

After 2 episodes, nothing consequential has happened in the story and character-wise, nothing new developed.

The worst sin this show makes is that it's just UNFUNNY. There's no witty jokes or banter between the characters.

It's just a bunch of actors making weird faces at each other to hide the almost non-existent plot.

If the quality of the writing keeps continuing at this pace, the show might become the TV equivalent of the CATS movie with James Corden in terms of how totally unwatchable it will be.

A solid building off ep1
dhmccull26 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I don't know what else to say except I am having a good time. This show doesn't take itself too seriously, but it's also not steering away from a solid issue like, say, a woman being a "token hire" for reasons having nothing to do with her skills.

The forth wall breaks are few, but for me that works because they don't get exhausting or constantly pull from what's going on.

And seeing Blonksi again is fantastic! A little iffy on him at first, but once I got a feel for the direction they're going with him, I'm sold.

Also cute nod to Bruce going through a literal change from his previous self XD

It's not action packed, and frankly I'm GOOD with that. It's fun, and I'm enjoying it.

Better than last week's... maybe just a lil too short
enelson-0748126 August 2022
Alright, I take back last week's review. After watching episode one for a second time and now after watching episode 2, I think that there truly are likable male characters in this show. I think that Marvel is doing a great job of building up their strong female characters. I give episode two an 8/10, it was much better than the first one. The CGI was a little iffy, but you've got to keep in mind that this isn't a huge blockbuster movie on a billions-of-dollars budget. It's just a fun TV show that is character-driven and made for the comedy. Stop overthinking it. Just have fun and watch it without criticizing everything. I think that Tim Roth's performance was astounding and can't wait to see more of him.

Overall, I think that this episode was much better than the first one. The comedy was done better, the fourth wall breaking was more spot on, and it was altogether better quality. Still not quite as good as WandaVision, Loki, or Moon Knight- and definitely not the best show I've ever watched- but it was fun and entertaining. Again, I'd give it an 8/10 and would recommend watching it. Just don't overthink it, watch it as a fun comedy. Try to have fun and you will!

Boring and complainy
shaunnerd30 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Slow and boring. Too much complaining about her lot in life followed by an amazing job offer that she then proceeds to complain about getting the job offer.

She gets fired from her position because she saved people and the DA is concerned about a mistrial, then she complains that she got fired because she saved people. It is followed up by her not getting any job offers because the various firms think it will tarnish their reputations only to finally receive an offer from a firm that would like her to be she hulk in the office, in court and where ever else they need her to be. And she complains about it. The constant whining and complaining is a turn off. Plus the feminist propaganda is sickening.

leroyhenzen26 August 2022
Thank you Marvel for finally knowing what the public wants from Marvel and for staying true to the comics. Episode 1 was great with just the right amount of comedy and now episode 2 is just as great. After some unwatchable shows like the Falcon and Loki, this is a show to watch!

Superhuman Law
Prismark1025 August 2022
Jennifer Walters secret is out and she soon finds herself fired from the District Attorney's office.

Jobless and nicknamed the She Hulk. There is a job opportunity but they want She Hulk to head up the Superhero division.

Jennifer's first client is Emil Blonsky who tried to kill Bruce Banner. He claims to be a reformed man and that he was used by the authorities who ordered him to kill the Hulk.

The humour was more consistent. You get to see the family dynamics of the Walters family. Bruce calls in and claims to be a different man when he wrangled with Blonsky.

I did think the arc of this series would be the courtroom battle as to Blonsky's claims. By the end the show has other ideas.

There is potential but the execution is so flawed
Nagitokomeda25 August 2022
She Hulk is a great character who has some amazing comic book runs. But these series wastes her potential but making this show a bland and lifeless show that feels like a sitcom. There's some decent themes and ideas here but the mark is drastically missed with every lazy scene and awful cinematography.

There are some good things- everyone's acting is solid, even if again they feel more like a sitcom than a superhero show.

Good but ---- whoops the end
eve-melville26 August 2022
Ok I was looking forward to episode 2 as 1 had me wanting more, I was just getting into it then WHAM it's over, Marvel what are you doing is the cost or producing each episode so high you cannot give a full 45 minute each episode or something else going on. Hawkeye gave us between 42-50 minutes each episode, The Flacon/winter soldier gave us way more. I am starting to loose interest in Marvel tv/movies we need/want/deserve more than what we are getting to keep us loyal to the brand.
