If you love Pearl Jam you'll love this. Has great visuals and includes the video for Dance of the clairvoyants and SuperBlood Wolf Moon.
So if Gigaton is a album you enjoy then this is for you! It was for me!

Perhaps We've Been Spoiled By Pink Floyd...

Perhaps we've measured you unfairly to what we remember 28 years ago, on our first date, for one of your first concerts for "TEN" in Hawaii when we were in the Navy. Granted, we didn't like any albums after that...
Perhaps we've measured you unfairly to Eddie Vedder's awesome "INTO THE WILD" (2007).
We were just expecting something much less caustic. We were hoping for something mellow with better music and vocals. Honestly, most of the songs didn't even sound like Pearl Jam. Actually, we only watched half of it, so we can't attest to the rest of the songs, which could have been excellent.
The visuals weren't warm or enjoyable, or expressive in any specific direction, but a bit confusing, like near the end of "2001: A Space Odyssey" (before the bedroom).
But, again, we are huge fans of Pink Floyd and have been spoiled by their spectacles for decades. Maybe that's it. If so, we're sorry. But this is not the Pearl Jam we remember. We would not recommend this.
