  Emma Leroy : No, you walk around with divining rods and when they cross, that's where you dig. It's called water divination.

  Brent Leroy : Oh yeah, I've heard of that! So, you're some kind of water witch?

  Emma Leroy : I'm not a witch! It's a simple skill your grandfather taught me.

  [flashback to Emma as a girl with her father, he is struggling with the divining rods] 

  Emma's Father : I can't figure out how to do this. Here, you try.

  [he gives the divining rods to Emma; in her hands they cross immediately] 

  Emma's Father : She's a witch!
