Huge , huge fan of "Tetra Vall" here, which still stand strong 16 years later. It was the type of short that would make you want to know about the universe it was set in, had genre-defining VFX, and took you in for a ride.
This? this is a CGI test to show that some friends of Oats Production can CGI. There's nothing more to it. Sadly, that CGI doesn't look any different than your run of the mill hollywood movie. Maybe that's impressive because it was done on a low budget, or rendered on a ZX spectrum or whatever - but here's the thing - no one cares about this anymore, we get it: technology has gone a long way. More than disappointing.
