Thoroughly enjoyed the documentary of Richard Estes. Recently shown on PBS in my area.
What a nice guy , straightforward and unassuming. I am not an artist but interested in photography.
So enjoyed his talent with use of photography to assist his artwork .
Previous reviewer of 2020 mentioned the background jazz music which l too enjoyed .
Although l don't know who was necessarily playing but l have an old LP from the '70's called Jazz in a Penthouse by various artists which has track called Lonely Girl by Pete Jolly.
This track captures the essence of the movie soundtrack if not inspired by .
I generally like the album a lot so is worth seeking out for all the other tracks too.
So thank you Richard for your great talent and documentary.
