Sir Tony Robinson (it says Sir Tony Robinson in the credits) is quite entertaining as he takes us around the world in various trains in various places like India, Russia, Australia, Canada, USA, Europe, et al. My only gripe is that it's just too much for Tony to try and fit in the Europe or the USA in just one episode. Really, there should have been at least three or more episodes devoted to the USA and then Europe.
Tony's style is different to another train series host, Bill Nighy who is quite droll and doesn't even appear on screen.
Tony's passion for trains, the workers and passengers is infectious.
